Collective Administration and Royalties
Copyright Collective of Canada (CCC) is a non-profit organization, established to represent copyright owners (producers and distributors) of the U.S. independent motion picture and television entertainment programming. CCC collects and distributes retransmission royalties for films and television programs broadcast on Canadian or U.S. commercial over-the-air broadcast signals retransmitted in Canada as distant signals. These royalties are paid by retransmitters, such as cable and satellite platform operators, pursuant to a Television Retransmission Tariff certified by the Copyright Board of Canada.
To determine if you are an eligible claimant to retransmission royalties, or if you’d like more information on the CCC, please contact: email@example.com.
