Our servers are located in Canada although we may from time to time share maintenance and other services with the Motion Picture Distributors’ Association of America (MPDAA). We do not disclose personal information except as outlined above unless we are required by law to do so.

Upon written request, subject to certain exceptions, The Motion Picture Association – Canada will inform you of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and will give you access to that information. We may charge you a fee to access your personal information to cover our costs; however, we will advise you of any fee in advance.
